At Shahi Cards, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom stationery for your special events. Due to the personalized nature of our products, our refund and return policy is designed to address issues related to errors and customer satisfaction effectively. Please review our policy below.
1. Custom Orders
All of our products are custom-designed to meet your specifications. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders once they have been approved and processed.
2. Proofing and Revisions
Upon placing your order, you will receive digital proofs of your stationery. You are entitled to request unlimited revisions to ensure the final design meets your expectations. We will not proceed with printing until you approve the final proof.
3. Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order before approving the final proofs. If you choose to cancel before this approval, you will receive a full refund. Once the proofs are approved, the order cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product that differs from the approved proofs, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review your request and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund. To facilitate this process, please provide clear photos of the defect or error.
5. Order Discrepancies
If there is an issue with your order, such as missing items or discrepancies from the approved proofs, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Refund Process
Refunds for eligible cancellations or defective products will be processed within 7 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping charges associated with defective products or order discrepancies.
